What is Dacha?

Founded in 2004, Dacha is a top property agency in Dubai that provides high-quality real estate for sale and lease in Dubai and comprehensive property management services.

Traditionally, in Russia, "Dacha" is a summer house or cottage, outside of the city used as a second residence. The idea to call the company Dacha came from the fact that most of the people in Dubai are expats for whom Dubai is a second home.

With a clear focus on providing world-class client services, we managed to retain success during the Dubai property crash and have grown to become a key player in the industry. Our philosophy is simple: to apply high standards to everything we do and every service we deliver so that our clients can benefit from smooth and transparent property transactions.

We continue to expand our business and coverage, with the Dacha team now made up of over 70 real estate professionals.
