IT, software & technology companies

Start with companies that list the service you need, then compare portfolios, technologies and the type of clients they work with. Ask for examples of similar projects and who owns the code and accounts once the work is done. A short written scope with milestones makes it easier to compare quotes fairly.

Agree the scope, timeline, payment stages, support period and what happens if the project changes. Make sure domains, hosting and app store accounts are registered in your name. Ask how your data and your customers' data will be protected. For IT support or CCTV, ask about response times and maintenance costs.

Tap Send message on a company's listing and describe what you need. The company replies from its dashboard, and you get an email. You can also call or message on WhatsApp. Many IT companies work remotely, so you can contact providers in other cities or countries, not just near you.

Create a free account, add a listing in the right subcategory, such as Software Company, Web Design & Development or CCTV & Security Systems, and add your services, technologies, portfolio photos and service area. Packages start at $0.99. A person checks every listing before it goes live, and Premium companies can earn the Verified badge.
