Is it free to sign up?
Yes. Creating an account is free. Publishing a listing requires a paid package, starting at $0.99.
How long does approval take?
Usually 1–2 hours, and often just a few minutes. At weekends it can take a few hours. If you need it faster, message us on WhatsApp at +44 7988 748570 with your listing ID.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Do you charge VAT?
No. Maetheon Ltd is not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Dashboard → Billing. Your listings stay live until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
If our team does not approve your listing, we refund you in full automatically. Once your listing is approved and live, payments are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.
