Manufacturing & industry

Shortlist companies that list the products and materials you need, then ask for their minimum order quantity, lead times, capacity and certifications. Request samples before a large order and ask for references from other buyers. A factory visit or live video tour helps you check their facilities.

Agree the specification, quantities, quality standards, price, payment terms, delivery terms and what happens if goods are faulty, all in writing. For exports, confirm who handles shipping, insurance and customs. Consider arranging an independent quality inspection before the goods are shipped.

Use Send message on the listing to share your product requirements and quantities, or call or WhatsApp the company directly. Replies come to your email, and you can continue the conversation from your dashboard. Orders, contracts and payments are arranged directly with the manufacturer.
