Compare services, opening hours, location and prices on each listing. For vets, check whether they offer emergency or out-of-hours care, and which animals they treat. For boarding and grooming, look at photos of the facilities and ask about staff experience, hygiene and what vaccinations your pet needs.

Meet the animal and, where possible, its mother, and ask for health and vaccination records. Be cautious of sellers who will only meet in public places or ask for payment before you see the animal. Rescue centres can explain their adoption process and fees. A vet check soon after is a good idea.

Tap Book on the listing if the business accepts online requests, choose a service and time, and wait for confirmation by email. For urgent problems, call the vet directly rather than sending a message. You can also use WhatsApp or Send message for general questions.
